Seagrass Chalet

Set among the natural beauty of Swanwick, Seagrass Chalet is a cosy three-bedroom, two-storey holiday home sleeping up to six guests. Located directly opposite Swanwick Boat Ramp and just a short walk from Sandpiper Beach, it’s an ideal base for exploring Coles Bay and the Freycinet Peninsula.

The chalet features three bedrooms, with two queen beds and one double bed, all professionally prepared with fresh linen and extra blankets. The open-plan ground floor includes a fully equipped family kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge.

The home also includes a bathroom with a shower over the small bath, a separate toilet, washing machine and a porta cot for younger guests. Warm timber interiors and large windows create a bright, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

Upstairs, the spacious main bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking Moulting Lagoon, with views towards the Hazards and, on a lucky night, the Aurora Australis. The two smaller bedrooms enjoy views of the spectacular Hazards Mountain Range. Please note that only one of the smaller bedrooms has a closable door.

Important to know :The loft room is not available for guest use due to steep stairs and insurance restrictions. Guests must use only the ground and first floors during their stay.

Pets are welcome by request for an additional fee, which must be arranged prior to arrival. The property is not fully fenced, so guests are responsible for ensuring their dogs remain safely within the property boundaries.
