An elegant wine with fresh floral notes opening to tropical fruit aromas and delicate white peach flavours. This wine finishes crisp and dry with balanced acidity.

Fruit was destemmed and allowed to soak on skins for 12 hours before pressing to tank for settling. Matured on lees for 5 months to build texture and length. Nashi and orange citrus, pear skin and raw almond.

The grapes for this chardonnay were handpicked at optimal ripeness, then fermented in french oak barrels for just 6 months to add texture. On the palate you may notice apples, peaches, and limes along with some minerality.

At first sip, you may taste explosive mandarin, green strawberry, white cherry, and cranberry with a hint of dry mint. A dry wine with lots of citruses to support the creamy texture. After a few sips, custard, and granita.

With a mix of 8 different pinot noir clones plus some mushroomy pinot meunier the aroma is a mixed bag of game and earthy notes with uplifted strawberry and raspberry fruits.

This Cuvée is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Its lively & fresh with a dry finish.
